Water Parks The fun arrives in waves with the water parks across Minneapolis Saint Paul. Water Park of America in Bloomington, just across from Mall of America, is home to the largest indoor water park in the country. Take a trip down its 10-story family raft ride, then catch a few good sets on Minnesota’s only Flow Rider Surf Simulator. Located inside the Radisson Hotel Bloomington, the park boasts an arcade as well as dining at the Split Rock Grille and Sleepy Eye Café. In the heart of downtown, the Minneapolis Depot Water Park is where you will find fun and three stories of water slides. Nestled nearby The Depot Minneapolis, A Renaissance Hotel, the park is close to downtown shopping and dining. The site also features a winter skating rink. For more outdoor fun with the family, check out Soak City inside Valleyfair Amusement Park in Shakopee, the largest amusement park in the Midwest. This south suburban oasis is open to visitors for three summer months, and has wet rides fit for every family member.
